List of products by brand franjos
franjos Spieleverlag is a small publishing enterprise in Germany run by Franz-Josef Herbst. Whilst the production standards and graphic design have been basic and efficient, franjos has over the years published several clever and engaging games. Their most popular own games are Billabong and Mahé, and they're also produced German editions of Can't Stop and Black Box.
In the beginning and for many years they used a form of vinyl mat to make the game boards. This was a signature of their game design. The vinyl is rolled up into a cylinder, making most of their game boxes long and thin.
FRIESEN-TÖRN was the last game with this vinyl mat. Since 2007 franjos uses "normal" playing boards.
