1. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

The delivery of the products will be carried out through shipping company, depending on the chosen carrier of the destination area or country. In the case of carriers that offer parcel tracking, the customer will be able to follow their order online using the tracking link provided when making the purchase.

As a general rule, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (from Monday to Friday) upon receipt of payment. This term may vary depending on multiple factors. FDGAMES is not responsible for external causes that may result in delays. However, if your order seems to have had a problem, contact us and we will try to sort it out as soon as possible. 

Shipping costs will depend on the chosen carrier and, in certain areas, the price or weight of the order. We advise you to group all your items in the same order (except for pre-sale products, see point 3), since dividing products into several orders can increase shipping costs.

At FDGAMES we are concerned with protecting and properly packing all items, paying special attention to the packaging process so that all products are delivered in the best conditions. In the event of faulty goods, or goods damaged before receipt by the customer, send us an email (please attach a picture showing the damaged product if possible) and we will contact you. FDGAMES is not responsible for the damages that the products may suffer after delivery. 

2. COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

Spain (peninsula, except Huelva state): Correos, 24/48 hours. Cost: € 5.95. Free for orders over € 70.

Spain (Balearic Islands): Correos, 72 hours. Cost: € 9.95. Free for orders over € 100.

Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): Correos Paquete Azul, 7-10 days. Cost: € 19.99. Free for orders over € 140.

International shipping:

In Europe, we deliver to: Germany, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtestein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Romania, Serbia and Sweden.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Orders with pre-order products will be processed once these products are available, in which case customers will be notified as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

When placing an order with products in pre-order, keep in mind that if you add other products to the cart, the entire order will be waiting to be processed until those products in pre-order are ready for shipment. 

4. RETURNS

Products can be returned for any reason within 7 days receipt by the customer.

Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened. Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for unwanted items. This does not apply to items being returned due to manufacturing faults or items received by the customer already damaged.
